If you are not satisfied that we have sold you the best gaming PC for your money, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. All hardware being returned must still be in new condition, both functionally and in appearance, and must be sent in its original packaging, including all accesories, cables, software, and documentation. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, but we do not charge a restocking fee.

To return merchandise, contact our customer service staff (Click here for our support page.) They will issue you an RMA number. You must then send the PC to us via a trackable courier. Please be sure to include the RMA number with the computer. Please insure the computer for the purchase price. You must ship the merchandise within five days of receiving your RMA number. The purchase price, minus shipping costs, will be refunded to you once the merchandise has been recieved as described above.
